help: the clipboard transfer doesn't work , what can I do ?

For the life of me, I don't know why this isn't the default, but...
all you have to do is add:

     vncconfig -nowin&

to your xstartup file in the .vnc directory. Add it before it launches 
the window manager (ie: twm).
