Blinking Cursor

Edmond,

In the VNC Server Properties dialog, under Capture Method, un-tick "Capture
alpha-blended windows".  This will stop the cursor flickering, but will also
prevent alpha-blended (transparent) windows from being rendered - these can
include tooltips and some applications, e.g. recent version of Winamp, which
support a transparent player window.
