hi,
when you connect using the viewer within your office, does the IP start with
192.168 or any other private network behind a public IP router? if yes then
you cant access it from the internet for obvious reasons (non-visible ip)
and you have to either use forwarding on your router or simply use udp
tunneling. if this is the case i strongly suggest using hamachi (
http://hamachi.cc/ ) which is just perfect for this kind of stuff.
