copy and paste between windows and linux

Hello,

I started the vncconfig via xstartup now only with the option '-nowin'.
Copy&Paste only worked when I started vncconfig manually on the server.
In the log were some errors, but none of them seem to influence vncconfig, but
I'm not sure.
