unable to resolve host by name: (11001)

Hello,

first thanks.
The batch-file says: "C:\Progs\RealVNC\vncviewer  connect ip(it4s a
static) -shared".
The connection fits. I get the server. But there ist this "11001" . I cannot
do anything to
solve the problem? Can the provider do anything?
