Ronald,
You are using an old VNC 4 release - you cannot drag & drop (or "Open
With...") VNC files to VNC Viewer 4.0, but you can to VNC Viewer 4.1.1. VNC
Viewer 3.3, on which TightVNC is based, does not support drag & drop opening
of .vnc files either.
