1st time problem, connection refused

This is pretty vague.  What troubleshooting have you done so far?  Have
you eliminated firewalls and restarted computers?

I installed the server.  I can ping it remotely.  Then when I start the
viewer on the remote, I get connection refused.  Can somebody please
