Connection Blacklisted?

Hello,
I have VNC version 4.1.1 installed on a remote server.  On that server I
am seeing the following error in my event log:

Source: WinVNC
Event ID: 1
Connections: blacklisted: 192.168.41.200

The blacklisted address is the firewall that maintains the VPN
connection.  I am usually able to connect despite the error but would
like to clean up my logs.  I couldn't find this error anywhere on the
website or other newsgroups so I thought I would post here.
