Blinking Mouse Cursor / Systray Icon

Hi,

   I read in the FAQ that it was not deemed necessary
to have an option that would not put an icon in the
systray (WinXP).  I was considering using RealVNC as a
realtime monitor for the kid's computer.  I know there
are logging programs available but using RealVNC
seemed a very elegant addition.  The first of my two
concerns is the blinking cursor on the server
computer.  It is much too noticeable for the purpose I
have in mind.  Second, is the icon in the systray
which I would like to be rid of.  Thank you,
