Unable to connect to host

I am running RealVNC on several platforms, Windows
2000, Windows NT, and Windows 95. I can connect to all
systems from the 95 machine but when I try to connect
to the 95 machine from one of the others I get the
following error: Unable to connect to host: Connection
refused (10061). If anyone has any ideas that would
help they would be greatly appreciated since I am very
new to using this program.
