VNC authentication failed

Hi all, I have some problem on VNC, I could connect a remote computer
through VNC, however if I did restart that computer remotely and try to log
in the computer in same manner, I would get "VNC authentication failed"
message. Funny thing is I could reconnect VNC after I had log-in the remote
computer manually. 

Any help will be appriciated.
