OT Port Redirector

A long time ago I had references from this list to what 
I would call a port redirector which ran on Win9x. And I 
can't find it I wonder if anyone could help ?

It worked something like this:

+--------+           +-------+           +--------+
| Client | Port 5900 | Proxy |Port 12345 | Server |
|        |---------->|       |---------->|        |
+--------+           +-------+           +--------+

So far as I can remember it could deal with an arbitrary 
number of redirections.
