Deployment tool - OpenSCManager

i've tried that, but i'm not sure which credentials. vnc or windows? 
i've actually tried both to no avail, but then i don't really know the 
username if it's vnc, because vnc only has a password. what is the 
openSCmanager? and you're right, it says access denied.
