Adding a scroll bar to the VNC viewer

Hello,

 

I am running VNC on hpux.  Due to program specifications my vnc viewer
window cannot be larger than I already have it.  However, quite often,
the windows being displayed from the server are larger than the viewer.
Adding a scroll bar to the viewer would solve my problem, does anyone
know how to do this?  I'm new to this list so if you could send
responses to michael.banfe "at" lmco.com that would be greatly appreciated.
