Hi Wez,

thanks for your reply. The box runs with SP3 for more that 6 years 24
hours per day and I didn't see any error. There have been no major
changes in the network setup since SP3 was installed and no firewall is
running. With vnc 3.3.7 it worked with 4.1.1 it don't work. I changed
the listening port in the configuration from 5900 tp 5901 to see if the
port is in use by some other program but the same error is reported in
the windows event log.

Any other suggestion how to proceed?
