Basic question about Viewer

I just bought a license.

 

Because my computer has dynamic IP addresses, I listened to the advice by
Tech Support and went to no-ip.com. I created a DNS entry. I also pinged it.
Everything's fine so far.

 

However, when I enter the xxx.no-ip.info address into the Viewer address
box, I can't access the computer. I can, however, as always, access the
computer if I enter the most current IP address.

 

Is there some kind of suffix I need to add to the DNS address or something?
I recall reading some documentation on this problem a while ago, but I can't
find it in any of the documentation of the FAQ or troubleshooting sections
of the website.
