Honestly, I don't know. I haven't used Windows XP enough to know how to
enable/disable that. It's part of Windows XP, by the way, not VNC, which is
why you couldn't find it in the VNC configs. :-)

Interesting finding....The VNC service was listed as being started
automatically, but the status was blank, not running nor stopped. When I
manually started the service. I received a message that another instance of
VNC viewer was already running, but the status of the VNC Server changed to
running. I will let you all know the outcome when I go home and try to
connect again.
BTW, how do I check to see if I have Fast User Switching enabled? I looked
at the default and user properties, but could not find fast user switching
listed on either screen.
