Help: I want to connect to my network at home from other computers

I am a first time poster but a long time subscriber to the list. Here is
what I am trying to accomplish... I have 7 computers on a network from
my home. They are all using the same t-1 connection. What are the steps
to be able to connect to my home network using RVNC?
If someone could give me the steps I would be eternally grateful.
