Connection timed out when Apache is Proxying to an internal VNC server.

   Is it possible to enable this RFB comminication to the internal server
   on  port 5900, through the external port 80 with Apache as a proxy? Or
   is  there  an  other way to get this up and running using only port 80
   from  outside  and  using  only  the  free  version  of  VNC  (not the
   enterprise version)?
