Viewer connection freezes

Hi all,
We are using VNC 3.3.6 because this one was delivered with the software
package it is used for (monitoring of CallCenter Agents directly from the
Supervisor's application/ machine).
The clients on which VNC is running as server are all Win2k SP4, with
limited rights (active directory rights management).
The following problem occurs: I am able to establish a Viewer connection
from the supervisor's machine to each clients, and it shows me correctly
what happens on clients workstation - but only for few seconds. After
connecting the Viewer "freezes" (doesn't crash!) so that I actually see only
a screenshot of client's screen. This problem occurs only on that Win2K
machines, we have a couple of Win98SE clients which can be viewed correctly
and in realtime.
Is this a probelm of the limited right management? I can't imagine that this
could be a VNC's one (wrong or buggy version) because on the working clients
it's the same version.
Did anyone of you experienced such "phenomenon" or do have any clue how to
fix this? The support of the company which delivered us the package with VNC
do not... (and we're paying much money for it ;-[ )
Thanks in advance!!!
