Excatly what do you mean for "less frequent updates"? It is possible to set with
VNC?

impossible...

-> 3) make more efficient use of the bandwidth: better compression, 
-> multicast instead of unicastx4
There is only one Multicast version of VNC, I try it and it is very bad.
