RealVNC4 dying under Win2003

I've been using RealVNC successfully for some time on Windows boxes,
however I'm having problems with Windows 2003 Server.

I've tried both v3.3.7 and v4.0 and periodically the VNC server service
will die and come up with the following error:

I've tried searching Google and the VNC mail archives, but haven't found a
solution.  Any ideas?
