How to remote activate session 0?

Joerg,

We have looked into this issue at some length.  Getting session zero
reconnected to the console is really only a workaround, albeit one that is
certainly worth providing for now.  We have code that will do this, but it
requires that session zero be automatically logged off if that session is
not connected to the console when a VNC connection comes in...
