Black screen on client connection

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the reply.

Fast user switching and remote desktop have all been removed from the server
PC - the fact that I can connect to it from one location seems to indicate
that the server pc is set up corrrectly - but all I get from another location
is the black screen.

I'm gonna give it a go with the Java viewer tomorrow - not ideal but it's a
possible solution.

The VPN is wingate VPN - i'm not sure which protocol it uses.
