Occasional VNC Crash

I have a Windows XP SP2 machine running the VNC Server at work.  Using a 
Windows XP SP2 machine at home, I connect via RealVNC.  The program will 
randomly crash with the error messages below (screenshots at 
www.dafunks.com/RealVNC).  The biggest problem with this is that I have 
to drive an hour into work to restart the machine.

Error 1:
winvnc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry 
for the inconvenience.
