Question about VNC 3.3.7

Try using the Menu key which is F8 by default.  

Note, you can't send ctrl-alt-del to windows 9x/ME machines.  But
since it seems you are talking about XP/2K/2K3 this should work.

You can also access the menu by right clicking the taskbar or the
titlebar of the window (non-full screen mode)
