How to remote activate session 0?

Good Evening all - I am using VNC for Windows XP, version 4.  I sometimes use Remote Desktop (for poor man's file transfer) as well and I will get the "black screen" because session 0 goes inactive when you use Remote Desktop.  I know it is a limitation.  Here is my question:

Is there any way to REMOTELY activate session 0 back again?  Is there a script or a tool out there to get it back.  Before you answer reboot the PC or go to the console, that isn't what I'm looking for :)  Thanks!!
