No matching security types

I have installed VNC 4 enterprise edition on a computer. As security, I use
the NT logon authentication. When I try to connect to this computer from
another computer (with VNC 4 free edition) I get the error message: "No
matching security connections"
Do I have to install enterprise edition on all computers to get this work?
Another problem: When I run the server in service mode, I cant access it from
another computer at all.

Hope anybody can solve my problems
