VNC Sensitive to Disk Fragmentation

I have noticed that VNC 4 seems to be fairly sensitive to the level of disk
fragmentation on the boot drive.
It seems to be more sensitive to this problem that other applications.

Has anyone else noticed the same thing or am I incorrect in my perception?
