VNC 4.0b5 shutdowns my system and more...

Javier,

VNC 4.0b5 is very out of date. The shutdown is probably cause by having
"Logoff on disconnect" enabled - the Windows API used to implement this
causes a shutdown if it's used when no user is logged in!

As regards connections dropping - that'll be a problem in your router or
ISP, most likely.

Cheers,

Hello,

basically I have two kind of problems with VNC. As you will see they have
not existed at the sametime.

1. The conection beetwen 2 PCs in a home network went down about 10 sg after
conect them. 2. As soon as I conect one PC from the other (they're the same
as the case before), the PC with the VNC server shutsdown automatically.

Both PCs have WXP running on them, one with SP1 and the other one with SP2.
The one with the SP1 is that running the VNC server.

Don't know what more infomation would be useful to you to help me with this.
In any case, just let me know and I kindly give it to you!

Thank you.
