UNABLE TO CONNECT HOST: CONNECTION TIMED OUT (10060) HELP NOW PLEASE -

I spent 12 hours already trying to figure this out reading all your advise, 
website, mailing list, etc. All failed.

I am using dynamic dns to manage my dynamic external IP assigned by my IS 
cable modem provider.

I want to access my desktop from my laptop somewhere else. The port on the 
router has been fowarded to my desktop PC.

Everything was set according to the instruction. Ping worked.

Please advise.
