QueryConnect equivalent for X server?

Hi,

I'm looking into using the vnc.so module to make desktops available for
live support on Linux hosts, but would require some form of user
authorisation to prevent arbitrary snooping by administrators.  I'm not
aware of any such feature currently, and couldn't find anything during a
quick search.

Does an equivalent to the QueryConnect option for the Windows VNC server
exist for the X server already?  If not would there be any advice on
implementing it please?
