Connecting to Server 2000 box

Robert,

You seem to describe two separate problems - first you say that you can't
connect, then you say that it "does manage to actually connect" - can you
clarify what you mean?

If "no password is ever right" then you're typing in the wrong password, or
you haven't set a password at the server!  It's worth checking what you're
typing by typing the same password into something like notepad at both
server & viewer, to check that you are really typing the same thing on both.
Also make sure that you are configuring VNC Server for the correct mode
(usually Service-Mode).

What is the error message you get after entering the password?

[No Encryption] means that the VNC session won't be encrypted - this is
always the case for VNC Free Edition.  With VNC Enterprise Edition at both
ends, you have the option of 128-bit encryption.
