Vnc Always Starts Now When Windows Starts

And I don't want it to.

However, it is not checked in my startup options box in msconfig.  How can I make it stop
automatically starting up?

Also, the "Close VNC Server" option is greyed out.  I have to kill the process from the task
manager.
