I have VNC set up on my server and have not trouble accessing it from the viewer or from IE from within the LAN. Whenever I try to access it from the internet, I have no luck. If I use the Java viewer (Port 5800), I get a box with a red x. If I use the built in viewer (port 5900) I get the following message: RFB 003.008 . What does this mean? It works fine from either port within the local area network. I can ping from the internet and everything else on the server is working fine. I have ports 5800 through 5900 open on the router. I know the info is getting to the server because I can see the error message. What is causing it not to fully connect?
