V4.1 randomly dropping

Hi,
I am having trouble with the VNC Viewer connection randomly dropping.

Running VNC server 4.1 on a desktop with XP.
Our 5 users, all on XP, some on VNC 3.3.3 and some on 4.1, do a "view only"
to the desktop server to look at what's on the monitor. At random times, the
user's VNC will just close. No pattern can be found when it disconnects.
 
Each user's shortcut parm has "-shared". The server is marked "all
connections are shared". The "idle timeout disconnect" parm is set to 0.
 
Any thoughts on what parm needs to be changed, or ???
