connection ended unexpectedly

    Hi to all,
   I've started to use vnc sometime before, bu  people from other  side were not able to view my desktop, whereas i was able to view them.  whenever they try to connect, connection fails, saying unable to  connect(Error 10060), my OS is win2000 professional edition. and i've a  Broadband connection thro ADSL MODEM ROUTER HUAWEI.. I'm in INDIA, and  the people trying to connect me are in US, CANADA.(they have WINDOWS  XP) .. since we thought there could be some firewall preventing the  successful connection , thought of getting echo vnc and giving a try  but even that didn't do any good. so thought resorting to vnc 4.0(the  one which i was using before) but now, the  situation is worse  than before, previously atleast i was able to view other machines, now  even tat has become impossible, whenever i try to view them(i've added  their ip's under the connections tab of vnc), it attempts to connect,  but within seconds reports connection ended unexpectedly...
  It would be of great help, if i could get a solution for this. Thanking you all in advance.
