I have seen this. VNC starts off at 100% at connection on the system. Keep
looking at the task manager.

Thank actually goes away after a couple of minutes.

Andrew,

Is the VNC Server configured to poll for changes to the desktop?

Are the contents of the desktop changing rapidly?

Are you using the latest VNC Server Free Edition release (VNC 4.1.1)?

Regards,
