Silent install of VNC as part of another install...

I would like to install VNC as part of another package and I want to
set the options directly from my main installer. My main setup is
created using InnoSetup, so I plan on calling the VNC setup from my
main installer.

How can I start the VNC setup program such that it will install the
VNC server only and create the login password we want to use?
Are there some command line arguments or such that I can use?
Or can I just set the needed parameters in the Registry afterwards?
If so, where is the password for login stored? And is it encrypted in
some way?

I am new to this list so excuse me if this has been asked before...
