Problems connectig to a VNC server behind an ISA Server

I think that problem is on ISA Server configuration because using a direct 
modem conecction to INTERNET (via an ISP) there is no problems, so the VNC 
is OK. Before send my message to vnc-list I read at your site FAQ and the 
rest of documentation and try everything but the problem persist.
