WAN Connection

Hi All,
 
I am using ultravnc to connect to my remote computer.My intranet is connected across a hub and the Modem/Router is SmartAX MT880.
 
I can connect to the machine across the LAN,but unbale to connect to remote computer(across WAN).
 
I have also downloaded the free realvnc,but the same problem is occuring.What configuration do i need to set-up?
I am using Windows XP Pro as the OS.
 
Any help is welcome.....I am in urgent need of some solution.
 
A detailed config mail would of great help.
