unable to connect to host after latest MS Security patches for XP SP2?

Scott,

Can you check the Application Event Log on the problem server machine, to
determine whether connections are even being received by VNC Server?

If the computers in question are on a LAN, protected by a NAT firewall, then
you probably don't want to leave a firewall enabled on the computers
themselves.
