I think Ethan was looking for a feature that can be found in the RDP client,
where you can select the screen size. 
But I understand that such feature cannot be implemented in VNC, at least
not now.

[demime 1.01d removed an attachment of type application/x-pkcs7-signature which had a name of smime.p7s]
