Anyone has the specific version of VNC that asks for connection permission to the host?

Hi,

I'm new in the list and I already saw some mails related to a differente 
version of VNC or a specific DLL file that implements the "Ask for 
permission" feature in the VNC Servers.
Anyone can send me these files?
