Timeouts on XP

We have been using VNCserver on an XP professional system quite successfully 
for nearly a year. The owner of the machine connects to it via the internet 
over adsl in order to work from home from time to time. Recently we upgraded 
to version 4.1.1 and at about the same time applied the recent service pack 
to XP. Since then (I think) we have found that if the session is not active 
(i.e. the cursor is not being moved around) it seems to time out after 
approximately one minute. This happens to connections from two different 
clients, one running XP and the other running Win98. Initially I thought it 
was the built in timeout in VNC but this was set to 3600. I have even changed 
it to 0 (no timeout) to be certain. Can anyone suggest what's going on? If it 
was covered in a previous thread just tell me the subject and I'll look 
there.
