Win XP Fast User Switching and Remote Administration questions. Free edition.

The trouble shooting section of the FAQ refers to the "Use" of "Fast User
Switching and Remote Administration"
http://www.realvnc.com/troubleshooting.html in Windows XP so I have two
questions:



By "Use" does it mean that a system user must be actively using these
services with an application to experience the problem? Or does it mean that
IF these services are started and running with in the PC's Service list THEN
we will experience the "Will not work" Problem?



Or to ask another version of the same question if I stop the appropriate
services within Windows XP will this cure the problem? Or does VNC Sever etc
need these services to run correctly?



I have read and understand that there will be a future fix to this issue.
