Disabling the Options button in the Connection Details dialog

Is there a way to disabling the Options button in the Connection Details dialog? I currently launch the viewer from the command line as follows:

C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\Viewer.exe SendPointerEvents=0 SendKeyEvents=0 MenuKey=

and I would prefer the user not be able to change these options simply by clicking on the Options button in the Connection Details dialog. Any ideas?
