TightVNC and FileTransfer

I put a post on their forum but only got one response .. if anyone here 
knows ..

My laptop runs as Server (and viewer .. that is all good).  I plug into a 
network (without logging in to the network .. just get an IP address).

On this network others running the viewer and attaching to my laptop are 
unable to FileTransfer.  THe menu option is grayed out.

IF i goto (funny how you normally GOTO a client .. not GOSUB a client) 
another client, plug in my laptop without logging in .. other machines can 
FileTransfer.

I can, from my laptop, connect accross the internet to a client many miles 
away .. no logging in . but file transfer works quite well.

All ( server and clients ) are running the dev version.
