Remote display

Hi,

Let me first tell you what my problem is.

I have many PC's distributed on the net(running windows) and i want to 
control them remotely by another PC running windows.
 I want to open an application to the remote PC and to display only the 
one application to my local PC(like exactly the XWindows to the linux).
I dont want to be displayed the whole remote Desktop of the Windows PC..

Could it be done through the vnc..?
Any ideas..?
