help behind router

More detail will be required. Things such as how many PCs, what operating
system(s) etc. Basically you're going to have to get into your router
configuration and open ports 5800 (for web viewer) and 5900 at the very
least. After that, mostly depends on what, exactly your details are. One
thing to keep in mind -- if you can get in on those ports, so can anyone
else. There are several sets of instructions on how to set up a tunneled
connection so that it's encrypted and there is more security.

I recommend reading the FAQs at http://faq.gotomyvnc.com

Subject: help behind router

Hi there,
My server is behind a router(my own one) and I can not use this
feature(remote access over the internet) as I thought before. Could you send

me detail instructions that can be used to configure my router settings(web
based).

Your reply with instructions is greatly appreciated
